Motorola ROKR E6 soon to be launched

Motorola ROKR E6 PhoneThe Motorola ROKR E6 has been approved by the FCC, thus being expected to be launched on the mobile market any time now.

This device has a touchscreen that comes in pair with a stylus, instead of the old fashioned T9 which came with the older ROKR E class phones.

It runs a Linux operating system (finally a phone without the annoying Motorola OS platform), a 2 megapixel digital camera with macro focus, a 240x320 QVGA touchscreen display, stereo wireless Bluetooth and USB connectivity, a built-in FM transmitter, two 3D Surround speakers and a SD/MMC expansion memory card slot.

This is a pretty nice pack of features that comes along to the customers in an open source environment for everybody to enjoy.

There are no extra information about the Motorola ROKR E6, like an official launch date, place or price of any kind, but don't despair. Stick around because we'll keep you informed if we find anything new about this phone.

LG Shine, another succes phone from LG?

LG Shine Phone
After the LG Chocolate was a big hit, LG came up with another interesting fashion phone, the LG Shine (also known as SV420/LV4200/KV4200). The phone has a shiny metal design and features a 2 megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach shooter with flash, a media player with enough room for 1GB of MP3s and a 2.2-inch QVGA display which goes all mirror-like when off. The phone will be available first in Korea and we hope very quick available to the rest of us, non-Koreans.

Will the LG Shine have the succes of the Chocolate? It could, because, judging after the pics, it looks very very interesting.
