Starting on Tuesday, Cingular began offering LG CU400, the 3G Internet and video phone. This CU400 is the first phone from Cingular that support a push-to-talk function allowing you to speak with up to 30 people.

The phone also supports the ultra fast UMTS data transmission and with Cingular video service, you can watch video, TV, news, and more. The phone comes with 4x zoom & video VGA camera, Bluetooth, MPEG4 and RealVideo support, MobiTV & MobiRadio, Quad-band world phone with domestic UMTS, and more. The LG CU400 is now available from Cingular for $230 at retail or $30 with a two-year agreement plan.

Motorola today announced the official availability of their newest PDA phone, the MOTOROKR E6. At only 14.5 mm thick, the MOTOROKR E6 PDA features 2.4" (240 x 320 pixels) TFT display with 262k colors, a 2.0 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom, CIF and QVGA video recording, FM radio and built-in MP3 player with dedicated music keys, 8MB of memory, SD card slot for up to 2GB of extra memory, Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and a 3.5 mm stereo jack.

So when will this thing hit the US? We have no idea. The MOTOROKR E6 was already approved by the FCC back in October so it won't take too long.

LG is extending their chocolate phone series to Windows Mobile pocket pc phone with the introduction of LG KC1 for Korea. Presented in ITU communication show in Hong Kong, the KC1 support the Wimax connection, has a big 2.8" QVGA touch screen, 2 megapixel camera and microSD slot. The pocket pc phone to be released in Korea at the moment but we can expect more chocolate series from LG for other regions.

Korean handset manufacturer, Pantech has bagged couple of awards at the iF(International Forum) Design Award for excellence and innovation in the design of cellular phones and packaging. For innovative design, check out the Pantech Flexus 03 which looks stunning in black and white combination and boasts a trackball type input mechanism. Other details are pretty scarce at the moment.
