5630, the newest Nokia XpressMusic phone


As you all know very well, XpressMusic is one of the famous Nokia devices families, consisting of music-centric cell phones that allow users enjoy the ultimate entertainment experience. Today, the Finnish company has just announced a new XpressMusic device, the 5630, an ultra slim candybar that is expected to make its appearance at the Mobile World Congress 2009.

Following the example of the previous cell XpressMusic cell phones, the 5630 is actually excellent as far as the audio quality and the dedicated keys for music and videos on-the-go are concerned, having a very slim silhouette, measuring only 12 millimeters in thickness.



Running on the Symbian S60 operating system, the smartphone (‘cause you can easily call it this way), the 5639 comes equipped with a QVGA display, a 3.2 megapixel camera with LED flash, GSM / EDGE and HSDPA / HSUPA connectivity, a 3.5 millimeters headset jack, a Nokia branded feature called “Say and Play” that gives you the possibility to control the music player through your voice and a microSD card support of no more than 16GB (the phone comes with a 4GB card that is included in the package).

As far as the availability is concerned, you can find the newest Nokia XpressMusic phone in select markets starting the second quarter of this year, and the retail price is estimated at 199 Euros (excluding subsidies and taxes).
