The wireless speakers system I want to tell you about comes from Logitech and is its latest product announced yesterday. Called Logitech Pure-Fi Mobile, it is a speaker system for use together with your cell phone while you keep it in your pocket, because it is based on the Bluetooth technology with Advanced Audio Distribution profile, so you can listen to the music at maximum 33 feet distance from it. The only condition is that you handset to support this technology.

"Millions of people now use a mobile phone to listen to music. If you're one of those people, now you can toss your ear buds aside and pump up the volume," said Mark Schneider, vice president and general manager of Logitech's audio business unit. "So when you're at a party, at the park, or just hanging out at home, your mobile-phone music will always sound great when you use the Pure-Fi Mobile speaker system."

Logitech Pure-Fi Mobile features 2-inch high-excursion drivers and dual 2-inch pressure drivers for spreading the bass and smooth treble in your car or in your home.

Another possible use of this system is as a Speakerphone, thanks to its built-in microphones, one for vocal sounds and one for monitoring and blocking background noises, and to the access controls on top that lets you accept and end calls.

The battery featuring life indicator provides up to 12 hours of continue playing after which you can plug it into your phone via the miniUSB cable and extend its time. Also, the system comes with a 3.5mm audio jack to connect it to PCs and portable music players.

Logitech offers the Pure-Fi Mobile speaker system in US and Europe soon, at a starting price of $149.99.
