The two newest Smartphones added by Alltel Wireless are Moto Q 9c and Moto Q 9c Lime, featuring full QWERTY keyboard for intensive typing and the Blackberry look but coming in two different color options: Licorice with silver sail band and Lime edged in tin silver.

In US the Alltel customers will have the chance to get the two phone models this summer at a price of $99.99 after a $100.00 mail-in rebate and a 2-year contract.



Moto Q 9c models have a 2.4-inch display, a built-in 1.3MP camera with flash and fixed focus, 128MB memory with support for up to 32GB external memory, and various multimedia and connectivity features such as direct access to favorites, Internet Explorer browsing, email functionality, Picture Caller ID, Microsoft Office documents, and the Windows Mobile 6 operating system.

US customers have the chance to get the Muse clamshell from Altell retails stores and shopalltel.com online store.

Optimized with high-quality sound and 65MB of internal memory, the new cell phone adds also special music keys for fast access to the MP3 player, music library, ringtones and the free trial of 20 satellite music channels on Alltel XM Radio Mobile service.
In addition there is also the Acxess TV service, the GPS Axcess Mobile Guide, a built-in 2MP camera with video recording, and the useful Bluetooth wireless technology just to give users freedom and mobility.

Coming in a cool midnight blue housing and a stylish design, Muse supports also Axcess Voice2TXT service which converts incoming voice mails into text messages directly in your inbox.

You can get Samsung Muse at a price of $69.99 with a mail-in rebate and a 2-year agreement.

There is a rumor announcing a new LG phone model called Glimmer by LG, coming in an elegant slider design covered by a durable metal layer, and showing a large 2.8-inch TFT touch-sensitive display with 262K colors.
The rumor says the model will come with a built-in 2MP camera with flash and camcorder function.

It features auto screen and key lock protection, touch key vibration and an unobtrusive internal antenna, while being equipped with multimedia applications and features including music player with equalizer, MP3, WMA, AAC, AAC+ support, background music mode that allows you to use other applications and listen to the music in the same time, playlist management, a stereo sound when using a headset, 3D graphics for games, Airplane Mode, and an 128MB extendable memory up to 4GB via a microSD card.

Glimmer by LG supports USB Mass Storage for transferring all your important data from the microSD to the personal computer.
Other capabilities of the new LG include video messaging, Axcess TV with subscription, Alltel Navigation with subscription, Axcess Web to watch videos from YouTube-like websites, and Axcess Shop, an application that gives access to e-mail, picture downloads, and ringtones and games downloads.

For connectivity it provides the CDMA technology and EV-DO transmission.
The 800mAh Li-Ion battery lets you use the phone continuously for up to three hours and 30 minutes.

Alltel Wireless will offer three new cell phones via its www.alltel.com/style online store and in the retail stores starting Q1.
LG Scoop, BlackBerry Pearl 8130 and Samsung Muse are three different handsets each matching to one type of need: music, messaging and fast access to applications like Internet and e-mail.

LG Scoop lets you keep in touch with friends with a nice QWERTY keyboard which is great for chatting and writing long messages, and it provides AOL Instant Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger applications, but also a built-in 1.3MP camera with recording capabilities, supporting Celltop and Bluetooth technology.



The phone comes in three colors: Citrus Orange, Slate Grey and Turquoise Blue, while supporting also the latest Alltel Axcess Voice2TXT service allowing you to read incoming text messages after they were translated from voice mail format.

BlackBerry Pearl 8130 has a new color, red, and brings its known powerful communication tools and multimedia features, in a cool and sleek design.
The phone supports e-mail, GPS, HTML browsing, has a built-in 2MP camera with flash and video recording and offers Bluetooth wireless, microSD slot for some extra memory, while being available for pre-orders on Alltel’s website.



Those that love to listen to the music for hours should look at Samsung Muse, which comes equipped with music features such as dedicated key for ringtones, XM Radio Mobile and a friendly MP3 player.
But besides the music capabilities it features a built-in 2MP camera with video recording capability, GPS function, Stereo Bluetooth, and Alltel’s Mobile Guide as well as PC music streaming via Music Powered by Celltop or Axcess TV and Search.

Not with extraordinary specifications, the LG wave phone combines the many features of a well looking normal sized phone. Due to its resonable price, it is believed that the Wave will become a well-selling model. It is now offered by the CDMA carrier Alltel for $79.99 with 2-year contract. That makes it half the price of the KRZR K1m, a phone with fairly similar features.

LG Wave incorporated a 1.3-megapixel camera with video capture, as well as an MP3 player with memory slot and external control keys. Moreover, the phone is GPS and EV-Do capable. The battery's autonomy provides 3 hours of talk time or alternatively, 6 days if standby.
