A mobile phone is an indispensable accessory for a person in our days. Each person who buys a mobile phone is looking for a unit which meets all his expectations. If you are a man who likes to have a handset with a business aspect, simple but at the same time, very powerful, we recommend the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105. Having the greatest balance between performance, price and aspect, this BlackBerry Pearl model is one of the most awaited cell phones of the year 2010.

The BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105 doesn’t come with big differences when it comes to design. It is another candy-bar handset like almost all BlackBerry devices, with a case made of resistant plastic, covered in a classic combination of glossy black and silver. Because it measures 108 x 50 x 13.3 mm in dimensions, 93.6 grams in weight and has rounded edges, this smartphone is one of the most practical handsets available on the market feeling very comfortable in your hands. The front side of the phone presents a regular aspect.
There you will find a TFT display and a numerical pad. The numerical pad is composed by large and flat keys, with a nice striped design. These keys are also very responsive and offer a great positive feedback when are pressed. Because it is a business phone, this numerical pad is excellent for writing messages. The numerical pad also includes the classical call and end, back and menu plus a track—pad navigation buttons. On the sides of the phone you will find only a 3.5 mm audio jack and a microUSB port. Because the designers wanted to keep a simple and more comfortable design for this smartphone, the BlackBerry Pearl 3G lacks a camera shutter and a volume rocker.

When it comes to technology, this BlackBerry Pearl smartphone offers a long list of features. The display used on this unit seems to be quite mediocre for a smartphone in our days. It is a TFT one which comes with a native resolution of 360 x 400 pixels and support for up to 256K colors. Offering clear and great quality images this display will fulfill your expectations but it will not amaze you. For the multimedia side, the BlackBerry 3G comes with a 3.15 Megapixel camera capable of taking photos at a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.
This camera is armed with LED flash and autofocus so the photos will have a good quality with a high-level of details whatever the light conditions are. The pre-installed BlackBerry operating system also allows you to personalize this smartphone with any application you want, making it more practical and attractive. At the connectivity chapter, this BlackBerry Pearl unit makes an excellent impression.
It comes with support for GSM, GPRS, EDGE, 3G and HSDPA plus other features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB and GPS with A-GPS support. Being an important aspect for a business handset, the battery life of this mobile phone is amazing. Powered by a Li-Ion 1150 mAh battery, the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105 is capable of staying on for 5 hours of conversations and up to 312 hours in standby mode, both in 3G mode. As for price, this smartphone was launched with a price of $370, an accessible price for all business people.

Keeping up with business handsets, for this review we have chosen to present to you the BlackBerry Tour 9630. This BlackBerry mobile phone comes as an addition for a large range of business models, equipped with many attractive and useful features and a luxurious and beautiful design.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->

This BlackBerry Tour model, as we said, comes with an almost similar design like its predecessors. The candy-bar case, a common aspect for a BlackBerry smartphone, is made of resistant plastic being covered in a nice combination between glossy black and silver with a special finish which offers a plus of protection against scratches and dust. The dimensions of this smartphone are quite exaggerated but acceptable. It measures 112 x 62 x 14.2 mm in dimensions and 130 grams in weight, making the BlackBerry Tour 9630 to be a solid and compact smartphone. Even with these dimensions, having rounded edges and a pleasant to touch texture, this handset feels comfortable and fits well in any pocket.
The front side of the phone has a classic design, similar with that present on other BlackBerry models. There you will find the display and a large QWERTY keyboard. The keys seem to be made of cheap plastic but being very responsive and offering a pleasant sensation when they are touched, they complete the luxurious design of the phone. These keys also offer a positive feedback and being properly-sized, you will easily type your texts without pressing wrong keys. Between the display and the keyboard you will find some navigation buttons. There is a call and an end key, a back button, a menu key and a track-ball navigation button.
The BlackBerry Tour 9630 comes with a TFT display with a native resolution of 380 x 360 pixels. Supporting up to 65K colors, this display offers good quality images with clear and sharp colors and a good contrast. There is only one negative aspect. This display is poorly visible if you use the phone under direct sunlight. Because a camera became a standard feature for a phone, this BlackBerry Tour model is equipped with a 3.15 camera capable of taking photos at a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.
Armed with autofocus and LED flash and geo-tagging, this camera offers great quality photos even if you are planning to take them in a dark environment. The internal memory of the phone allows you to store many of your favorite files. The Tour 9630 comes with 256 MB of internal memory and a microSD card slot which supports up to 8 GB. For connectivity options, this smartphone offers Bluetooth, microUSB and GPS with A-GPS support and being a Quad-Band device (GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900) it supports GSM, GPRS, EDGE and 3G with HSDPA.
For a business man, all these features should be enough because you will always be capable to keep in touch with your friends everywhere you will be. The battery life of the phone is another attractive aspect. The Li-Ion 1400 mAh battery manages to keep the handset on for up to 5 hours of conversations and up to 336 hours in standby mode

This BlackBerry Storm review is bound to shed some light on what this phone can do and how it can do good in your life. This BlackBerry Storm review would have done much better back in 2009 when it first appeared on the market but for people that have no clue what this smart phone can do, reading this review may actually be useful.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
One thing is for sure, the BlackBerry Storm was a very appreciated mobile device since it really managed to replace a PDA because of all the functions that it comes with. With 4.4 x 2.4 x 0.5 inches in dimensions and 5.6 ounces in weight, the BlackBerry Storm is powerful and handsome enough to compete with smart phones like the Samsung Omnia and even the Apple iPhone. The 3.25 inch display is something to be amazed of as it offers support for 65K colors and it has a resolution of 480 x 360 pixels. The sharpness of the colors and the brightness levels are 2 of the many features that should make you proud of owning a BlackBerry Storm.

The touch screen of the BlackBerry Storm will never draw much criticism as it is very responsive and good looking at the same time. The keyboard is perfectly usable both in normal or landscape mode. You have the option of enabling a full QWERTY keyboard and this option can be accessed from the menu. Combination of finger taps will perform different actions like zoom or scrolling through different pages. And just like most smart phones, this one also comes with some actual physical buttons like the Talk and End keys, a Clear key and the Menu button. On the left side you can find a shortcut key which is user programmable plus a micro USB port. On the right side you will discover a headphones jack plus a volume rocker and another key which can be customized but, as default, it is the camera activation and capture key button. The backside of the phone is the place where you can find the camera lens plus the flash and when you lift the battery cover, you will gain access to the microSD card slot. The top edge of the phone is host to the mute button plus the device lock.

Buying this cell phone from Verizon Wireless is going to bring a box filled with goodies like a travel charger, one USB cable, a wired headset, reference material plus a software CD, a SIM card and even an 8 GB microSD card. The BlackBerry Storm is not the best device you can use for taking pictures but it is still equipped with a good 3.2 megapixel camera and it has features like flash, 2X zoom, autofocus and image stabilization. Battery life has never been an outstanding chapter as far as smart phones are concerned and the battery performance on the BlackBerry Storm is average. The battery found on this device is a 1,400mAh lithium ion battery that manages to keep the cell phone on for 7 hours of conversations and about 2 weeks in standby mode.
