I can’t stop saying “Oh my God! Oh my God!”, because this is an incredible amount of money that I would rather spend (in the case I will ever have such money) on other things. I’d travel all around the world, I’d give a donation (or more) to a non-profit organization, I’d help my parents, my friends, I’d start a business. But no! I would never throw this kind of money on a phone.

But it seems that 9 human beings will do so, or at least this is what GoldVish is hoping. The Swiss company has just unveiled something that could easily be labeled as the most expensive phone to ever be built. But surprise, surprise! This isn’t the most expensive! At the Baselworld 2009, luxury phones like the Chairman, created by Ulysse Nardin, and the so-called GoldVish Le Million (which costs more than its name says, approximately $1,200,000). Well, my friends, the latter is the most expensive handset, not this one. In comparison, this one can easily be considered a bargain.

Anyway, the Revolution comes with an analog watch, placed below the tiny display and the keypad that was created by Frederic Jouvenot, a famous Swiss watchmaker. The phone is all covered with 18-carat pink and white gold and it’s encrusted, as you can see for yourselves, with diamonds.

Unfortunately, we don’t dispose of the technical information yet, but, according to the manufacturer, the Revolution, which is not the most expensive cell phone ever, as we earlier agreed, is based on “the latest mobile technology.

It seems that the phone will be part of a very limited edition, as only 9 units will see the light of the day.
