<-234x60 Half Banner - left->On June 4, HTC launched a new mobile phone, the HTC Touch Pro with a beautiful design featuring 3D touch user interface and 5-row sliding QWERTY keyboard.
The new HTC phone touch model runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and is destined to business professionals.

TouchFLO 3D is known for the intuitive interface provided with direct access to important applications like calendar appointments and calls.
Same as the Touch Diamond, the new model offers high speeds of up to 7.2Mbps via the HSDPA connectivity and an advanced browser that gives you the feeling of searching web sites from your desktop computer. You can zoom and pan with one hand and turn the phone sideways to rotate the image in landscape view on the 2.8-inch VGA display.

It has also the YouTube application and Google Maps for checking the traffic.

Other features include Microsoft Office suite, built-in TV-out, digital camera with autofocus and 3.2MP resolution, secondary VGA camera for video calling, 512MB flash memory, 228MB RAM, microSD slot, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, Wi-Fi, AGPS, HTC ExtUSB interface, and the Qualcomm MSM 7201A 528MHz advanced chipset.

HTC Touch Pro measures 102 x 51 x 18.05 mm at 165 grams, and uses a 1340 mAh battery for up to 8 hours of talk time and 2 weeks of standby. It will be available in stores from Europe, Asia and Middle East later this summer.

Now it’s HTC P3400i’s turn to prove its capabilities. It is the latest PDA phone launched by HTC a few days ago, as an affordable solution for everyday use and business professionals.

The design follows the basic HTC line of a sleek candybar sporting a 2.8-inch display, but features a friendly intuitive interface, Windows Mobile 6 Professional operating system with Office suite, Internet Explorer Mobile, Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, and Windows Live Messenger, email, music player, video player, and HTC Home which provides direct access to the main applications.
Other elements brought by the new HTC P3400i include DirectPush Mail, quad-band support, a built-in 2MP CMOS camera, Speakerphone, and an organizer.

We’ve heard about the new HTC Touch Diamond earlier but we wanted to wait until the next HTC’s press release to get all the details about this cool cell phone with diamond cuts-like design, following Nokia Prism concept, but looking better I’d say.

HTC Touch Diamond comes with the new TouchFLO 3D interface that responds to finger gestures, wireless transfer speeds of up to 7.2Mbps thanks to the HSDPA connectivity and HSUPA, customized web browser with zooming and panning, auto-rotate for landscape and portrait views, YouTube application, integrated GPS, and Google Maps.

The handset will be available in European stores in June, in Asia and Middle East during this quarter, and in North America and Latin America it will come in the second half of this year.

In the same time with the debut of Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional software updates HTC has announced the HTC Touch Dual Smartphone at CTIA Wireless 2008 trade show in US, that besides running on the latest Windows operating system it also sports an intuitive touch-sensitive display based on the TouchFLO technology, and a sliding keypad.
The new updates for the operating system bring easier navigation, time-saving features, easier management, extra security, and support for Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008.

The devices that will be updated are: HTC Dual Touch, HTC Mogul, HTC Tilt, HTC Touch, HTC PPC6800, HTC TyTN II, and several others.

With HTC Touch Dual Smartphone the user has access to various features via finger-touch scrolling, panning and picture zooming thanks to the TouchFLO interface, Microsoft Office Mobile documents, HTC Home time and weather quick access, a built-in 2MP camera, secondary camera for video calls, quad-band support, and HSDPA high-speed connectivity.

The media player used by HTC Shift the Windows Media Player 11, which is the newest version of the software and the most improved.

The mobile companion from HTC sports a 7-inch touch-sensitive screen which displays the Windows Vista Business edition interface, and allows you to store up to 40GB of files, connect wirelessly using the 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi module, and transfer files wirelessly with the Bluetooth technology.

All these come in a 1.8 pound-mobile device available at $1,499 starting Monday.
