The new Motorola MC75 EDA is not a personal digital assistant, but more an enterprise digital assistant with rugged capabilities for the field work. Designed with more advanced capabilities than the Motorola rugged phone, Adventure V750, adding touchscreen technology for a easy to use interface accessible via a special stylus, as well as 3G WAN support for fast wireless transfers. This rugged handset was created for mobile enterprises needing fast wireless connectivity from allover the world, without high costs or high error rate.
It will be available worldwide starting the third quarter, bringing fast processing speeds via the Intel XScale PXA270 624 MHz processor, user-friendly applications using the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 operating system with different productivity software, and high-resolution photos via the built-in 2MP camera with autofocus, which can be used for capturing documents, signatures, and 1D and 2D bar codes.

Besides the GPS/A-GPS support, IrDA and WPAN for wireless connectivity to modems, printers and headsets, and keyboard format options such as QWERTY, QWERTZ and AZERTY, the Motorola MC75 EDA has the following components: 128MB RAM, 256MB Flash memory, microphone, speaker, transflective 3.5-inch VGA with LED backlight touchscreen of 640 x 480 pixels, Voice-over-IP ready, and Bluetooth v2.0.
Measuring 6 x 3.3 x 1.7 inches at approximately 430 grams including the Lithium Ion 3.7V, 3600 mAh Smart Battery.

Motorola released the Adventure V750 via Verizon Wireless, as a rugged mobile solution with push-to-talk capability for active users who need a durable handset designed to resist in extreme conditions. The two-way push-to-talk communication allows the user to stay in touch with a group of people and see who is available for calling. Using Verizon Wireless’ Evolution-Data Optimized Revision A network, it is able to transfer files at high speeds, in addition to meeting the military specifications for shock, vibration, dust, solar radiation, high-temperature storage, high and low temperature operation and altitude.

The Motorola rugged phone is a flip model sporting a 2.2-inch main display and a 1.6-inch external screen, covered in a no-slip layer.
With push-to-talk, users of such enabled mobile handsets can connect instantly to a group of people at a button press, without needing to make separate calls to each of them. Motorola Adventure V750 has a built-in 2MP camera for pictures and video recording, as well as support for expanded memory of up to 8GB via a microSD card.

It is already available at Verizon Wireless at $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a new 2-year customer agreement.

Motorola MING A1800 is known as the first Motorola Dual SIM-capable handset and was launched in Asia earlier this year. Today Motorola announced the launching of two other models from the MING Personal Digital Assistant family, in China.
MING A1600 and MING A1800 come with GPS turn-by-turn directions and various multimedia functionalities, while the MING A810 is more an entry-level model with a cool design but rich in productivity features.

Motorola MING

Motorola PDAs, MING A1600 and MING A1800, sport a transparent flip cover revealing a large display with handwriting recognition technology. A1600 has a built-in 3.2MP camera with autofocus and panorama, as well as a camera scan talking dictionary. On the other side, the A1800 has support for CDMA/GSM dual-mode dual standby, SMS firewall and a built-in 3MP camera with autofocus. MING A1600 can learn your writing style and increase the speed on a 2.4-inch display.
Motorola MING A810 will be available at an affordable price but it too features smart handwriting for rapid cursive Chinese handwriting input, sporting a candy bar design.
All these models feature touch-sensitive input.

Motorola MING A810 has the handwriting recognition, MP3 player, video player, FM radio, a 2MP camera, up to 2GB memory, stock trading, dictionary and games.

We have been hearing about a new handset prepared by Motorola in collaboration with Kodak, since earlier this year, and now we finally have a press release with all the details about it.
MOTOZINE ZN5 is a powerful camera phone revealed today in Beijing, China, is the first model adopting the KODAK Imaging Technology combined with Motorola’s ModeShift Technology.
ModeShift technology changes the keypad layout according to the phone’s function, automatically.

After removing the Kodak lens cover, the user can use the 5MP built-in camera with autofocus and Xenon flash, after which, with the KODAK EASYSHARE Software he/she can print pictures and share them on the KODAK Gallery website.
You can store up to 4GB of media.

Another technology is the KODAK PERFECT TOUCH that detects and reduces red eyes, reduces dark shadows, enriches details, provides more vibrant colors, and results in better photos.
The built-in camera lets you use multiple capture modes including multi-shot and panorama, while ShoZu permits you to upload your creations on more websites designed for sharing.
Also, MOTOZINE ZN5 has USB, WI-FI and Bluetooth connectivities and allows you to print pictures wirelessly if you already own a compatible printer model.

About the phone functionality we have to mention the CrystalTalk technology featuring microphone noise reduction, noise adaptive speaker enhancements, and full duplex speaker phone.
