Also known as Samsung U800 the new cell phone representing a new version of the Soul was confirmed by the mobile phone manufacturer, according to GSM Arena.



Samsung Spirit Of Ultra b, bar-shaped model, sports a brushed metal finish and measures just 9.9 mm thick at 88.7 grams. It features 1GB internal memory, a 2-inch TFT display of 1 million colors, customizable graphical user interface, a built-in 3MP camera with LED flash, FM radio with RDS, multimedia player, video editor, Office document viewer and full HTML browsing.

The tri-band cell phone allows you to transfer data at up to 3.6 Mbps speeds via HSDPA connectivity, and has also Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and microSD slot.
In June Samsung Soul b will be available in Europe, with the other regions to follow soon after.

With the new S60 Web Run-Time it is now possible to create personal and context aware widgets for accessing information and functionalities from the user’s handset.
Also, S60 now supports open source innovation via Open C++ to welcome the Standard Template Library.

The cool Samsung U900 Soul announced in February and released in April for the European market is now available in the United States too, with its superb design measuring just 12.9 mm thick and sporting an interesting dual QVGA display of 2.2 inches and 16 million color support, with magic touch navigation panel which changes depending on the application.
To use the phone after sliding in, you can opt for the touch pad similar with the one encountered in laptop computers.
