<strong>Sony Ericsson 710a</strong> has a great color screen, a good camera you can take videos with, Bluetooth, allows MP3 files, SMS and MMS features, good call quality, all that a multimedia phone needs. You can see that ever since Sony has joined forces with Ericsson the models preceded have candy-bar design. And this flip phone is not an exception. The price for it is around $399, a bit high but when you will see this phone you’ll consider it worth buying.

The <strong>Sony Ericsson 710a </strong>has a black case and an eye-catching form. What is cool about it is that the screen rotated 180 degrees in order to access the keyboard. Being relatively two phones in one it is a bit bulky measuring 4.2 by 1.9 by 1.0 inches; 4.8 ounces, so it you wear tight jeans don’t plan to slip this one in your pocket. The display features 260.000 colors and it measures 2.25” diagonally. The screen delivers great image quality though in direct sunlight it might turn out a bit hard to see on it.

The backlight time and the size cannot be changed but you can add some themes or wallpapers to change the phone’s style. Below the screen are the navigation buttons, they are silver and distant one from another so you can’t miss them. The five-way navigation toggle can be set to access four shortcuts to whatever functions you want. You have also the Clear key and the Back button. Unfortunately it lacks Talk/End keys. You can take pictures in four resolutions and what is more it has a 8x digital zoom, self-timer, flash and multishot option. You can edit the image using the nigh-mode, picture effects and the white-balance settings. The battery is not its strongest point as it draws up quickly when you make multiple calls, but in stand-by it lasted 9 days.

You can also connect to the internet and send e-mails as this phone can handle push e-mail.
