Russian manufacturer Voxtel has recently introduced its Voxtel W740 Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Phone Edition device, and while the handset would have probably otherwise gone unnoticed, it is notable for boasting a 4.0 megapixel CCD camera.

While the Voxtel W740 is only available in Russia currently, it is an intriguing device, we would be pleased to see PDA phones with high-resolution cameras such as this in other parts of the world.
