You can get it from here at $109. Look for the "MUSIC & YOUTH PHONES" section for the "Hello Kitty small" model. It was $140 at the time of writing, now it got cheaper. In the specifications it says it works on the 900 / 1800 MHz frequency bands. After doing some research it seems that these are the frequencies in Philippines.
