HTC Cell Phone

When you hear about a HTC cell phone, first thing that generally comes to your mind is a last generation mobile phone. Most HTC cell phone models are designated for business people who want to have a powerful handset with a great design. The HTC Touch Pro is the latest model of HTC cellphone which has proven to be a huge success on the market.
The HTC Touch Pro is a full QWERTY Smartphone with a great design. The HTC Touch Pro has a case similar with the HTC Touch Diamond, with rounded edges and smoky mirrored face. The big difference between those two is that the HTC Touch Pro has a full side-out QWERTY keyboard. The silver back and the case which is made of resistant soft-touch plastic offer a plus of protection against scratches. At 4 x 2 x 0.7 inch dimensions and 5.3 ounces in weight this HTC cell phone is not a slim and light mobile but since it provides such performance, the rest are just mere details.

This Smartphone has a 2.8 inch touch screen with a native resolution of 640 x 480 pixels which supports up to 262K colors. Like the HTC Touch Diamond, this cell phone has the 3DTouchFlo interface which offers vibrant and incredibly sharp images. The touch screen is very responsive so you can easily launch any application you want. The accelerometer feature allows you to change the screen orientation by simply rotating the phone to the left or right. Also, this accelerometer will change the screen orientation when you slide up the QWERTY keyboard.
The full QWERTY keyboard has large buttons with enough space between them and a dedicated number row, all with a matte finish. Even if the keys are a bit stiff, you can easily write emails or other texts. Below the display you will find some touch sensitive buttons like the Talk and End buttons, a back key, a Home shortcut and a directional keypad. On the sides you will find a volume rocker and the power button. On the bottom you will find the mini USB port which you can use for connecting a headset and a reset hole.
Because this HTC cell phone was created as a business device, it has a lot of connectivity options like EV-DO Rev (a faster network for Web browsing), GSM, EDGE, GPRS, 3G, Wireless, Bluetooth, TV-out, mini USB and GPS. With all these you never be incapable to stay in touch with your friends.Powered by a 528MHz Qualcomm MSM 7201A processor and 256 MB RAM memory this Smartphone seems to be capable to run complex tasks without problems but even with such a lot of power you will find some lag when you launch any application.
The 3.15 Megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash takes photos at a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536 but the pictures’ quality is a bit disappointing. The 512 MB of free memory can be expanded to a maximum 16 GB with a microSD card. The external speaker is loud and will provide a good quality sound.

However, this HTC cell phone which comes with Windows Mobile 6.1 pre-installed will exceed your expectations. The 1.340 mAh Li-Ion battery will keep this unit up for almost 4 hours of conversations and 367 hours in standby mode which is pretty good for a business Smartphone. Even if this phone has the latest technology, the price is very low. It costs only $506 which is a big advantage against any rival.
