HTC S640 Smartphone Specifications Made Public

High Tech Computer Corp., the manufacturer of feature rich Smartphone and PDA Phone devices, published on its website the full description of its new CDMA S640 Smartphone model, running on Windows Mobile 6 Professional platform.
As you can see from the picture, you can type on the QWERTY keyboard or use the 65K colors 2.8†touch-screen with a resolution of 320x240 pixels, to access Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook Mobile, Internet Explorer Mobile, Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, Windows Live, PDF Viewer, or ActiveSync.
With the EV-DO Rev. A support it will surely reach air interface speeds of up to 3.1 Mbit/s.
Besides the 2 MP camera with autofocus, and the Bluetooth, the S640 incorporates a 400 MHz processor, a ROM memory of 256 MB, 128 MB of RAM, and microSDHC (High-Capacity) card slot for additional memory.
HTC is to announce the price soon.
