HTC Touch Diamond
Posted by: Sierra in HTC

We’ve heard about the new HTC Touch Diamond earlier but we wanted to wait until the next HTC’s press release to get all the details about this cool cell phone with diamond cuts-like design, following Nokia Prism concept, but looking better I’d say.

HTC Touch Diamond comes with the new TouchFLO 3D interface that responds to finger gestures, wireless transfer speeds of up to 7.2Mbps thanks to the HSDPA connectivity and HSUPA, customized web browser with zooming and panning, auto-rotate for landscape and portrait views, YouTube application, integrated GPS, and Google Maps.

The handset will be available in European stores in June, in Asia and Middle East during this quarter, and in North America and Latin America it will come in the second half of this year.

Among its features we encounter the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system, a 2.8-inch VGA touch-sensitive display, a built-in 3.2MP camera, 4GB internal memory, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g module, and a 900mAh battery for up to 4 hours of talk time and 300 hours of standby.
The processor powering the new HTC Touch Diamond is a Qualcomm MSM7201A reaching 528 MHz speeds.
