Virgin Mobile US today launched the Kyocera Cyclops a new clamshell with a 1.3 Megapixel camera. The Cyclops is based on Kyocera K322 and like it features a monochrome external display, internal antenna, vibrating alert and photo caller ID. In addition to an improved camera, the Cyclops also features two new messaging options for Virgin. In addition to ringtones, subscribers can customize the message alert on their Cyclops with hundreds of tunes from Warner Music. The Kyocera Cyclops is also the first Virgin phone to offer Virgin Audio Messaging, often referred to audio SMS on other carriers.
