The Mobile World Congress mania has just began and you’ll have to be patient these days, because you will most probably be assaulted with tons of information coming from Barcelona, concerning all sorts of unbelievable devices that you’ve been waiting for.

Nokia prepared intensely for the event and here you have two new handsets that received the official treatment at the MWC: the Nokia 6710 Navigator and Nokia 6720 Classic. They are both new members of the Nokia line consisting of GPS-enabled mobile phones, being mid-end smartphones based on the Symbian operating system.
When it comes to the features, the Nokia GPS devices are equipped with Maps with Ovi, a service which was updated in a manner that some new features are now available, like high-resolution aerial images, 3D landmarks for more than 200 cities, terrain maps, weather service, traffic and safety warnings, a 5 megapixel camera provided with the Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash and geo-tagging.

The 6710 Navigator is expected to become available in the third quarter of this year at an estimated price of approximately 300 Euros (before taxes and subsidies). This is said to come in package with a Nokia CR-111 car holder. As far as the Nokia 6720 classic is concerned, the candybar is said to hit the market in the second quarter of 2009, under a price of about 245 Euros (before taxes and subsidies, also).
