Nokia is going through a very prolific period of its existence, as it has just released the basic 1661 candybar in the United States, via T-Mobile USA, and has announced a brand new service called Point & Find beta. As a sequel of this dynamic road, the Finnish company decided to unveil a couple of new features concerning the Nokia Messaging service that will surprise everyone.

The best improvement, if you want to call it this way, is the fact that from now on Nokia Messaging will be compatible with another famous service, the Windows Live Hotmail. You probably are familiar with the MSN Hotmail, but it’s the same thing.



The news consists of the fact that starting the next month (meaning May), the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will come with support for the Nokia Messaging. And we assume that it won’t be the only device to come with the service on board.

If you are interested, the Nokia Messaging can be downloaded for free and comes with support for the most popular email accounts in the whole world, such as AOL Mail, Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail, but for other email providers also.

In addition, he said that “this reduces confusion and the amount of time taken to set up and start using the service on the phone. By prioritizing common actions and needs, we bring the most relevant and frequently used actions upfront. With Nokia Messaging on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, we bring the service to people no matter what their input preference – touch, qwerty or monoblock”.

With these new features of the Nokia Messaging, you’ll be able to login to Windows Live Hotmail by using one of the following handsets: the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia E75, E71, E63, E66, E79, E55, N97 and Nokia N86 8MP.
