It seems that a couple of weeks are more than enough for a company to see and analyze the reaction provoked among the potential customers by a certain device. After this period, the manufacturer can decide what’s in the best interest of the mobile phone that is expected to hit the market.

This is what happened with the Motorola Evoke, a handset that was first seen back at the beginning of this month, when the leaked pictures and technical details weren’t accompanied by the official announcement.
Presented as a “socially-inclined deviceâ€, the Motorola Evoke QA4 has just been introduced to the public. Now, the information is official. The phone comes with a 2.8 inch full touchscreen, full touchscreen QWERTY keyboard and a traditional keypad that slides out, an accelerometer, noise reduction technology, Bluetooth connectivity, CDMA and EVDO Rev A connectivity, assisted GPS, full HTML browser, instant messaging, music player and a 2 megapixel camera.

You can even customize the home screen of your Motorola Evoke with integrated widgets that allow you to access information in real time, social networking sites or your RSS feeds.
The phone measures 108 x 50.5 x 17.5 millimeters and weighs 128 grams, providing approximately 5.5 hours of talk time and no more than 450 hours of stand-by time.
As for the availability, the phone will hit the American market sometime in the second quarter of 2009, but, unfortunately, the information about the price is still unknown.
