As the name suggests, it is a model equipped with functions destined to music experience, and indeed it is built around a music player with VCAST for over-the-air anytime/ anywhere downloads, supporting multitasking so you can work on other things while listening music, such as checking and sending e-mails though your personal account on Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! or AOL, or just browsing the Internet, or maybe you want to continue your work on the phone and edit documents in Word, Excel or PowerPoint using the Documents To Go.

The Q9m has a 2.4-inch TFT display with a resolution of 320x240, able to render up to 65K colors.

It measures 4.6 x 2.6 x 0.47 in, weighting 4.76oz. The battery is made to last up to 8 days in stand-by and up to 4.53 hours in talk time.
Its internal memory has 64MB but you can extend it with a miniSD card to add up to 4GB more.
