Motorola Twirl Concept Phone




When people decide to purchase a cellphone, they have in mind a great number of criterions that the device should sum up in order to approach the phone of their dreams. It’s no wonder that the cellphone has been upgraded to the status of an essential gadget that is used not only as a communication tool, but also for paying bills, opening car doors and even keeping a tab on our health. Not to mention other must-haves such as: a camera, modern types of connectivity and some serious media playing as much gigs of memory as possible.



The Motorola Twirl concept phone takes all of these facets into consideration and is one of those concept phones that can be used for more than just calling. The device was created by Tom Riddle, a New York based designer, and, as you can easily see in the picture, this is a three-faceted device. So, the physical design comprises of three oval shapes that rotate on a pivot point hinge. Flip them out into the three-leaf position to reveal a full keyboard divided in half into the left and right side. The ergonomics of the phone make it easy to use it and navigate.



The Moto Twirl is the complete handy gadget, having those three faces that compliment all the functionalities expected from such devices. Moto Twirl can be also attached to your steering wheel in order to start the car and some of you gamers might notice that the layout of the concept phone’s keypad resembles the one of a joystick.

Elegant, ergonomic and multi-functional, the Moto Twirl is still in its concept phase and there is no word yet about price and availability.
