The new model from ASUS, Asus Z802i, comes as a follow-up for the Z801i handset, therefore it resembles both in design and performances. It is built from an elegant and classy combination of leather and metal, desingned for people who want their phone to respond to their every day communication needs.

Its sharph and straight lines make Asus Z802i a phone both suitable for men and women. The hand set may appear a bit large because of its leather covering, but it is indeed a slim phone, in resonable bounds that is.

The phone features a 1.2 inch external screen, made scratch-proof with the help of a sapphire glass protection. This feature is really appreciated, as it is hard to find in other mobile phones.

The internal 2.2 inch TFT LCD screen is capable of supporting a resolution of up to 240 x 320 pixels, an acceptable size for a clamshell phone. There is also a 2 megapixel camera with flash and auto focus available, though the quality of the pictures will only classify as being an average one.
