LG launched a new cell phone with a side sliding QWERTY keypad and cool blue chassis, designed especially for the young customers. Blue became as classic as black but if it has a pearl finish it will surely have a modern look.

The handset comes in UK rich in messaging applications such as SMS, MMS, Instant Messaging and email. With an ergonomic QWERTY keypad, touchscreen dialing, and a 2.4-inch large display of 262K colors, with 90-degree automatic rotation capability based on accelerometer technology, the model becomes very practical for communication on the go, and it fits in your packet easily as it measures just 16.8 mm thick.
It has also a built-in camera of 2MP with video recording and a microSD card slot which allows you to expand the memory up to 4GB, and store lots of media favorites.

"We recognize that manufacturers need to develop a variety of handsets that cater for different segments of the market,” said Jeremy Newing, head of LG mobile marketing, LG Electronics. “By offering a whole range of handsets - whether it's premium or prepay, a camera or music device, for example - we're giving consumers the choice to purchase a phone that's right for them."



We don’t know the price yet, but we know the specification, and these include GSM/GPRS/EDGE network support, GMS 900/1800/1900 bands, a 800 mAh Li-Ion battery, 15MB internal memory, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, USB Mass Storage, MP3 player, MPEG4/H.263 supported video formats, WAP 2.0 Internet browser, and Java games.

"With the popularity of social networking sites and instant messaging amongst younger audiences, the KS360 has been designed so they can access these features when away from their computer. This handset is perfect for this segment of the market. Its vibrant colours, easy-to-use QWERTY keypad and fantastic messaging features offer users a simple and fun device that will enable them to communicate with each other instantly," added Newing.

LG KS360 comes in titanium and bright blue, white and soft pink, black and red, and black and silver color combinations.
