Nokia 6010

The Nokia 6010 may not be the newest cell phone on the market and it may not have all those cool technology features that we are used in finding in cell phones but it’s regular phone that allows you to make and receive calls and text messages and for some people, this is all that matters.
The Nokia 6010 has a total weight of 110 grams and its dimensions are 4.7" x 2.0" x .9" (which means 119 mm x 50 mm x 22 mm) which makes it just a little bit more heavy than the competition. The display uses a 4096 color matrix and it comes in a native resolution of 95 x 65 pixels. There is no 4 way directional controller but you can find a 2 way scrolling button. The keys of the Nokia 6010 have enough space between them in order to make typing a lot more comfortable. In fact, the keys are quite large themselves and they feel really pleasant to the touch so maybe you will start talking less and sending a lot more text messages. One feature uncommon for Nokia cell phones is the lack of side buttons and it is definite that the Nokia 6010 has no buttons on its left and right side. On the bottom side of the phone you can find the Nokia power plus headphone ports.

The power button is located on the top edge of the phone and it is made of rubber and it’s also quite large. On the back side of the phone you will notice a rubber patch which has the Nokia logo printed on it. This rubber area will prevent the cell phone from slipping when you place it on polished and shiny surfaces. Since the phone is very basic, it lacks quite a lot of multimedia features that you are used to seeing on other mobile phones. For example, there is no integrated webcam and no MP3 player or support which means your call tones are all polyphonic. The storage capacity of this phone is as low as 1 MB which could prove to be useless compared to what other mobile phones can offer.

The Nokia 6010 will support colored wallpapers but they have to be small because there is not room where to store them. The colors are not that sharp and vibrating like they are displayed on other cell phones and the images look quite washed away. This Nokia model will not allow you to change the themes as it does not support such an option but you can change the color scheme, even if it’s not the same thing. When it comes to battery performance, this cell phone will not let you down in times of need. The Nokia 6010 will stay on for about 8 hours of talk time and it can stay on for even a week if it is in standby mode. This cell phone is ideal for people that are looking for a mobile phone that will help them save some money because the Nokia 6010 can be bought for as low as $69.99.
