Nokia Locate Sensor

You’d lose your head if it was possible? There’s nothing in the whole world that you can keep your eyes on, no matter how hard you try? You’ve always been tempted to avoid assuming responsibility because you knew that you’re not able to keep your word.

Because you’re the most forgetful human being on earth, you would surely need some help. And Nokia comes with the perfect solution: the Nokia Locate Sensor, a device that helps you find whatever you might lose: keys, mobile phones, your Louis Vuitton purse your husband gave to you for your fifth anniversary or anything else that you need on the streets and that you will most probably forget when leaving your home.
Nokia Locate Sensor was presented during the event you all know very well and that I won’t have to mention, once again, as it will make me go crazy. Don’t tell me you don’t know, because you do. It’s the event that took place last week in Las Vegas, Nevada. And this is the only hint I’m going to give you.
Anyway, getting over the CES thing, the point is the Nokia Locate Sensor is in the concept phase at the moment, trying to find its way out of the Nokia Research Centre. This little reminder (or personal assistant, it depends on each and every one’s perspective) is as tiny as a small thumb and can be attached to almost anything that you’d want to attach it to. The connection between this device and your phone is wireless.
If you happen to drop the certain object that has the tag attached to it, then be sure that the phone will let you know. This is possible due to a software application that helps you find whatever you lost, as long as you’re within 100 meters of it.
If you wonder about the life of the Nokia Locate Sensor, let me tell you that each sensor comes with enough power to keep it “fresh†and ready for action for approximately 18 months, when you should expect it to run out of juice.
As I said earlier, the device is in its conceptual phase right now, so don’t put your hopes too up when it comes to the availability of Nokia Locate Sensor.
