The Sofia is said to be a cyber shot camera phone, it will be named as Sony Ericsson K850i. The Sony Ericsson K850i has a 2.2" 256k colors TFT LCD screen with QVGA resolution. A 5 megapixel camera module is available and it should also have autofocus, anti-shake capability and xeon flash module. The phone is a 3G phone, there will be another sub video camera for video call.

The upcoming cyber shot phone could be announced this week and available in April next month, according to the leaked info.

Samsung has teamed up with singer Beyoncé to promote the Samsung Ultra Music F300 mobile phone. Beyonce will soon be participating in Samsung’s TV commercials, advertisements, global concert tours, and other co-promotional activities.

In addition, Samsung will be releasing its Ultra Music TV commercial starring Beyonce in April. The Samsung F300 Ultra Music phone will be preloaded with Beyonce’s latest hit “Irreplaceable”.

The BlackBerry Pearl and Palm Treo 680 smart device officially are red hot as AT&T today introduced an eye-catching, dark ruby-colored version of the BlackBerry Pearl and a striking crimson iteration of the Treo 680. The red BlackBerry Pearl is the first wireless handset to be branded for the new AT&T.

Like their siblings, the red BlackBerry Pearl and crimson Treo 680 have quad-band capabilities. Both the Palm Treo 680 smart device and BlackBerry Pearl are available for as low as $199.99 with a two-year contract and after rebates.

engadget has spotted an Alcatel bluetooth watch picture in a mobile phone manual which has a model number of OT-E220A, OT-E225A. The bluetooth watch seems to be included a speaker phone, you can pick up calls directly without touching your phone. It has different notification LEDs on the band to notify you the incoming message.

While there isn't any information on the specifications, it look like this is actually a concept design from Alcatel.
