I don’t know whose fault is that and I honestly don’t care very much about it, because it might be that someone did this on purpose, but we’ve been blessed with a great number of leaked photos of devices that are expected to become available via AT&T in the near future. And the great thing is that these devices are coming from a wide variety of manufacturers, Nokia being also included.
The Finnish company is said to prepare four new phones to be launched via AT&T, which is the second American carrier. For those who were afraid that AT&T was in danger of satisfying itself with the E71x, here you have the proof that you have more than one reason to be the happiest human beings on earth.
The Nokia Mako slider comes with the following features: a 2.4 inch TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, quad band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900 MHz, a 2 megapixel HP camera with 4x digital zoom, assisted GPS and support for AT&T Navigator, a dedicated GPS key for easy access, multi-tasking key to change between the applications that are open, full QWERTY keyboard, automatic landscape/portrait display orientation, music player, media player, video playback, Video Exchange, Bluetooth 2.0 A2DP and USB 2.0, an internal memory of 128MB.
The Mako measures 96 x 54 x 15 millimeters and weighs 125 grams. As for the operating system, it runs on the 3.2 version of the Symbian S60. As you can easily see for yourselves, the Mako is said to become available sometime in June, which seems rather impossible. But come on, guys, give them some credit, would you please?
