Samsung has released a cool cell phone for people that believe in a healthy life based on sport, and use to run outside and train alone.
With myCoach you can monitor your heart beats and access www.micoach.com website where you can see plans, tracking and analyze of your fitness program.
You can also see your strides, speed and distance recorded by the stride sensor chip attached t your shoelaces, so you can receive feedback.

To carry myCoach with you while running Samsung made an armband for your arm, and this is great because you can listen to the music and enjoy your day in the park or set the phone to start voice-coaching feedback.



It has also lots of other features besides health monitoring, and these include EDGE/GPRS support, GSM, WAP 2.0 browsing, Java MIDP, and a built-in camera of 2.0MP with zooming and video recording, so you can take pictures in the nature using normal/multi/timer shots, mosaic/night/capture only/panorama modes and several photo effects like Sepia, Negative or Antique.

The video player supports MPEG4 and H.263 formats, and the audio files can be MP3, AAC/AAC+/e-AAC+ or polyphonic.
Other features of myCoach include JAVA, embedded wallpaper, FM radio, e-mail via POP3 protocol, Bluetooth, USB, and 800MB space for file manager, 10MB for sports data, 13MB for MSG and Java, with memory card support.

About the design I can tell you that Samsung myCoach shows a TFT display with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels and 262K colors, ad measures 101.5 x 45 x 14.5 cm at 0 grams.
The battery lasts for up to 2.5 hours in talk time and 250 hours in stand-by mode.
