The Samsung Z650i is a 3G sliding i-mode phone, and it comes with a QVGA (320x240 pixel display), a 2 megapixel camera and expandable memory (although unlike the long overdue or possibly cancelled Z600, this isn't a smartphone).

At 95 grams, the Samsung Z650i is pretty lightweight for a 3G phone, and it still manages to pack a full set of features in, such as stereo Bluetooth, microSD expandable memory, a 2 megapixel camera with flash, an MP3/AAC player, web browser and email client and everything else you'd expect to find.
