Samsung SCH-A870 Camera PhoneWord around the campfire was that the Samsung A870 would include EV-DO data support and a 2 megapixel camera, but the final phone looks to be a fairly typical, non-megapixel 2.5G model.

Measuring 3.6 by 1.8 by 0.9 inches and weighing in at 3.4 ounces, the dual-mode CDMA/1xRTT A870(which comes in white and blue flavors) has a VGA camera, internal and external 65k color LCDs, Bluetooth, voice recognition and three-way calling.

The SCH-A870 is available now from Verizon Wireless for $100, or $50 with a two-year service agreement.
