Samsung UpStage
Posted by: Sierra in Samsung
Also called Samsung SPH-m620, the UpStage is a middle-level cell phone newly introduced with base multimedia features such as a built-in 1.3MP camera with camcorder function, 5x digital zoom, flash, autofocus, video recording and photo effects, a music player with dedicated touch-sensitive keys, a large 2-inch display with 262K colors, and built-in stereo speaker, all in a 1.37-inch thick double-faced handset.

With the Bluetooth capability the user can send files wirelessly to another compatible handset, while other features of the Samsung UpStage include Sprint TV, access to Sprint Music Store, A/V, caller ID, two batteries, and it comes with a 64MB microSD memory card or the optional 2GB card.
The two batteries I was telling you about are in fact an internal one providing up to 2.5 hours of talk time and a battery cover pack that acts as a protective case in the same time.
That doesn’t sound too impressive, I know, but Samsung cell phones are all quality models and if it’s a middle-level handset it means it has a lower price too.

Samsung UpStage is still a cool cell phone working on EVD/ CDMA 1x EVDO: 800, 1900 MHz bands, with support for Internet browsing, video messaging, video player, MP3, email, USB,
To do List, World Clock, alarm, voice recognition, video caller ID, but no JAVA support, so you won’t be able to play nice games, no FM radio unfortunately, no document viewer and no Instant Messaging.
