The idea is much appreciated because you can even learn some new words while you are at it. If you have an Android smartphone, you can download The Weather Channel and benefit from accurate weather forecasts, news alerts and more. This app does not work only in your area, as you can see how the weather is in other countries; great for providing the right info when you are considering travelling abroad. Facebook and Twitter applications have been developed for all phone types, smartphones or no smartphones. You can easily access your account, tag your friends, and update your status, comment on photos and more activities. Astro File Manager is a very useful app that will help you manage your applications files inside your mobile phone.

Meebo IM is probably familiar to you because it is available on computers as well. This instant messaging app allows you to connect via the instant messaging service you use, Meebo, Yahoo, MSN or more. if you have a BlackBerry phone, as this does not work on Android, here are some useful apps for you: WeatherBug, Viigo (RSS reader), Kindle, Pandora.
