Smartphone Comparisons
Posted by: CameraPhonesPlaza in Smartphone
How to settle better on what to purchase? You can compare items of course; no matter what you are interested in, you surely have more than one option in mind and you should put them together and analyze them. When it comes to smartphones, it is harder, because these fully-featured advanced mobile phones have everything one needs these days.
And because there are so many great models out there, it is harder to choose just one. smartphone comparisons are a very good idea, because you get to see exactly the products and you can see their differences, strong parts, good parts and with what they come in front of others.

We shall take a few models and compare them just to give you a slight hint of what they offer. Motorola Droid Razr has been declared top of the Android mobile phones. It provides a large, 4.3” display, fast 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB of memory and it is pretty thin. Motorola states that this is the slimmest smartphone yet. Compared to Samsung Galaxy Nexus, it feels more comfortable when you hold it, especially as it weighs 4.5 ounces. It is light indeed, but not flimsy, as it provides a solid feel and a durable construction. But when it comes to updates, unlike Samsung Nexus, Motorola Droid Razr doesn’t run on Ice Cream Sandwich, which is the newest version of the Android OS. The update will be available later on 2012, so if you are very anxious, you should go for Samsung. Motorola’s battery does not provide the longest life, but it isn’t removable either. This means you can’t go for a larger battery and you can’t have a spare one either. This is a major drawback for those on the road all the time, not having where to charge their mobile phone. Also, Motorola Droid Razr does provide expandable storage up to 32GB, unlike Samsung which is stuck to 16GB. If you are in a look-out for super large touch screens, then Samsung comes with a 4.65” and a pixel resolution of 1280x720 Super AMOLED. The camera has 5 megapixels, reasonable enough, but Motorola comes with an 8 megapixels one and 1080p video recording capabilities. And if you are looking for a true multimedia phone, Motorola provides a micro HDMI port, so you can connect your phone to your TV. So, if you are looking for the newest Android mobile phone, with a removable battery and larger display, then Samsung is the phone for you. Either way, when it comes to Android mobile phones, competition is tied up, as newest devices are coming in town and the ones that are here seem to impress greatly. iPhone 4S was a smartphone expected by everyone and it did come up with something fresh, new OS update, new interface, but the same design was kept and the display still has only 3.5”. It is not bad, but since the iPhone 4, everybody is aiming at a larger screen. Samsung Galaxy S II provides the same strong and innovative features as the first model. But this time, you get a 4.3” display, 8 megapixels camera, gorgeous display thanks to technologies used and a sturdy construction.

But the fact with smartphoens providing large displays is that the battery does not seem to last long. You might need to lower the resolution and handle some settings in order to get out a full day of use.
