Sony Ericsson K810 Cameraphone
Posted by: Vlad Balan in Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson K810 is the next generation of cameraphones by Sony Ericsson - it builds on the success of the K800 model. Upgrades over the existent K800 are not hardware but more software-related. The Sony Ericsson K810 will be equipped with a Photo Fix application for optimizing brightness and contrast and will also have illuminated side camera keys - a cool feature that Nokia N73 has. The hardware functionalities have remained pretty much the same - tri-band GSM/GPRS support, 3G networks support with video calls and a 3.2 megapixel Cyber-shot camera with auto focus and a Xenon flash.
In much the same way that K800 had its twin EDGE brother in the face of K790, now the Sony Ericsson K810 model also an EDGE twin - the Sony Ericsson K818 which will be targeted at the Chinese market. The Sony Ericsson K810 and the K818 will be available within Q2 2007 in two colors: Noble Blue and Golden Ivory.
