Sony Ericsson W580 Music Phone Announced
Posted by: Vlad Balan in Sony Ericsson

Well this is interesting, a Sony Ericsson slider Walkman phone. Probably they thought its time to set a new shape to their Walkman phone. And to be honest they made it pretty cool, especially that they made it street style. What does that mean? Well, first we were confused too. Street style means that, beside playing music, taking and storing pictures or playing games, you can also do something different with your Sony Ericsson W580, like track steps, count burnt calories and monitor your running speed/distance/time, with its built-in applications.
At only 14 mm width, the Sony Ericsson W580 comes with a 512 MB Micro Memory Card, that enables you to store up to 470 tracks in eAAC+ codec, a 2-megapixel camera, a 2.0†QVGA 262K TFT screen.
The Sony Ericsson W580 Walkman phone is a 2.5G, Quad Band EDGE device(850/900/1800/1900) and will be available later this year.
