Sprint announces LG MUZIQ
Posted by: Vlad Balan in LG

Today Sprint and LG announced the new LG MUZIQ (LX570), a much slimmed down and improved version of the LG FUSIC. The LG MUZIQ supports Sprint's Music Store, which lets users browse, purchase, and download music directly from the mobile phone. The MUZIQ also ships with a free copy of the Sprint Music Manager for transferring unprotected music from a PC to the MUZIQ.
Other multimedia type features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, support for Bluetooth stereo headphones, and an FM transmitter for listening to the MUZIQ's music on a home/office/car FM stereo. The new LG MUZIQ has touch sensitive buttons with vibration haptic feedback. When one of the touch buttons is activated, the MUZIQ provides a slight vibration to acknowledge the command. This is very much like the controls found on the new Motorola RAZR2 line of handsets, and it works very well.
Sprint will start offering the LG MUZIQ to consumers on July 15th for US$99 with a two year service agreement.
