The features which Tempo E2000 comes with include video on demand, a built-in 1.3MP camera with video recorder, microSD slot for up to 2GB memory, and up to 3.5 hours of talk time.

The speech recognition capability from Nuance allows for digit dialing and speaker-independent name so the user can easily dial just by pushing the special button and start to speak the name he/she wants to call from the phone book, or by saying the phone number.
Other commands supported are application launching, menu navigation and others.

"People are verbal communicators so Nuance's voice recognition technology helps us to create more elegant, humanistic devices. We don't believe technology and ease-of-use are mutually exclusive concepts," said Dave Carey, vice president and general manager of the Consumer Products Group at Kyocera Wireless.
