Verizon Wireless Launches Coupe Handset

Verizon Wireless launched today a new voice-focused handset, the Coupe, which complements new calling plans for the elders. The device, which features large keys and a user friendly interface, is perfect for those with weak vision or customers who only need a device for calling.
The Verizon Wireless Coupe won the Good Housekeeping Seal, measuring 96.5mm x 45.7mm x 20.3mm (3.8" x 1.8" x 0.8") and weighting only 93.5g. The row of three keys along the bottom of the device's screen can be programmed to suit special needs, providing quick access to emergency contacts. The handset also features a tip calculator, calendar and world clock. Moreover, voice dialing is included and the Coupe is color-coded: white for volume control, red for the battery charging port cover, and blue for the headset port.
The device is available for US$29.99 with a new two-year service plan, and will soon be marketed beside the new America's Choice 65 Plus calling plans that are very reliable providing 200 minutes anytime for US$29.99 per month.
