Verizon has released the XV6900, unveiled at CTIA Wireless 2008, a stylish and advanced cell phone with touch-sensitive interface equipped with the right features needed by business professionals including high-speed connectivity on the company’s broadband network.
Now you can get it from Verizon’s online store but starting April 30 it will be available also in the company’s Communication Stores too.
Verizon Wireless XV6900 Smartphone comes with Windows Mobile 6 Professional operating system, EV-DO/1xRTT support, finger and stylus input, virtual touch QWERTY keyboard, 5-way ENTER/NAVIGATION button, a built-in 2MP camera with autofocus, zooming and video recording, speakerphone, email, Office documents, Adobe Reader, web browsing via Internet Explorer Mobile, Windows Media Player 10, Instant Messaging, Bluetooth 2.0 with stereo headset support, microSD memory expansion slot for up to 8GB extra storage, voice commands, video messaging, wireless connectivity, an internal memory of 256 MB ROM/128 MB RAM, sporting a 2.8-inch large TFT LCD display with LED backlight.
The compact good-looking Smartphone measures 3.98 x 2.35 x 0.56 inches at 3.95 ounces and is powered by a 1100 mAh or 18800 mAh battery for up to 210 minutes of operations or 360 minutes respectively.
I was almost forgetting to tell you the price. It is of $349.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year customer agreement.
