Vodafone is to release Blackberry 8310 Curve in the UK soon, after releasing the phone in Germany a while ago. The phone is the same as the 8300 Curve, with the sole difference that this one also packs GPS functionality.
Blackberry 8310 Curve brings evolved multimedia solutions, including the Sat Nav feature that is powered by Telmap, a very powerful and easy to use navigation application.
Blackberry 8310 Curve is the smallest and lightest smartphone from RIM that comes with a full QWERTY keyboard. The 2 megapixel camera aids in taking decent quality pictures, while more multimedia features come from the phone's media player and internet connectivity.
Moreover, this smartphone also brings business solutions for email and text messaging, not to mention that it provides instant messaging and a web browser. This helps the user to stay connected and up to date with the latest news and pieces of information. These features, along with the GPS, make Blackberry 8310 Curve worth the wait until Vodafone will eventually bring it to the UK market soon.
The 8310 is to be available starting with September 3rd with BlackBerry personal or business price plans, so more people can have access to it.
