ZTE USA has announced recently the launching of its first cell phone in MetroPCS US stores, the C88 clamshell, a full-featured handset at an affordable price.

It is a sleek model operating on the PCS and Cellular bands meaning 1900 and 850 MHz and delivers many features such as a 2-inch display, built-in camera, Bluetooth, Internet browsing, 80 MB internal memory, mail@metro/metro411/mobile IM applications, wallpapers, ringtones and Sudoku pre-loaded game.

The clamshell has a backlight keyboard and its memory is extendable via a microSD card.
It is available in black at about $140.
